Privacy policy

Effective 29 September 2026.

This internal tool is operated for KADALA's own business backups. It creates backup files on the owner's computer, encrypts them before upload, and stores them in the owner's Google Drive account.

Google Drive access

The tool uses the owner's Google authorization to upload backup files, list and read files needed to verify backups, and retrieve them for restoration. Access tokens are stored in the local rclone configuration on the owner's computer. The public pages on this website do not request Google sign-in or collect account information.

Information handled

Business backup data can include database records and stored files. The encrypted backup files are kept on the owner's computer and in the owner's Google Drive. The tool may keep local run logs and verification results. It does not sell Google user data or share it with advertisers.

Retention and control

The owner controls the Google Drive account and can delete backup files and revoke the tool's Google access in Google Account settings. Backup files remain until the owner removes them. Local copies and logs remain on the owner's computer until removed by the owner or the tool's local retention settings.
